No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Openworld Properties may share mobile information only with subcontractors in support services, such as our messaging platform provider, solely for the purpose of delivering the messages you have requested. These providers are prohibited from using mobile opt-in data for any other purpose.

Program Description
Openworld Properties sends SMS messages to tenants, applicants, property owners, and vendors regarding leasing inquiries, showing confirmations, maintenance coordination, rent and account notices, and property management updates.

Consent
You provide consent to receive SMS messages by submitting your mobile number through our rental application, leasing inquiry form, online contact form, tenant portal, or by providing it directly to an Openworld Properties representative and agreeing to receive text messages. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase, lease, or service.

Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your account activity and inquiries.

Cost
Message and data rates may apply.

Opt-Out
Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time. After replying STOP, you will receive one confirmation message and no further messages unless you re-subscribe.
