Messages include leasing inquiries, showing confirmations, application and account updates, maintenance coordination, rent and billing notices, and customer care.

Message frequency varies based on your account activity and inquiries. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase, lease, or service.
